The following is a list of frequently asked questions by customers, either before making a booking or during.

Who Should I Tell About Booking Singing Waiters?

Since this is a surprise performance, we advise you to inform as few people as you can, if at all! Make sure the venue and caterer are informed if this is a surprise for any certain attendees so they don’t mention our performance.

When Can I Choose My Songs?

You can browse our extensive list of well-known songs here. Eight songs would be performed in a regular thirty-minute concert. Usually, we don’t talk about song selections until right before the event. Because each of the songs that make up our act has been thoughtfully chosen and has a distinct story or purpose for being sung as part of the show, we always believe that choosing the appropriate songs for an event is a collaborative process between ourselves and the client.

As a starting point, we do enjoy suggesting a set list for your occasion. Due to our experience and the way we handle the music at your event, we have a great understanding of what will work. While you must have the appropriate music for the occasion, do give our song selection advice some thought.

Do I Need To Inform My Venue About Your Performance?

Yes, it’s crucial to let your venue know about our performance. On the other hand, you shouldn’t worry about it. Our event planners will handle all the preparations and communicate with your venue directly. We’ll make sure everything goes off without any problems on our end so you can concentrate on having fun at the event without worrying about anything else.

Our planners will also call your venue or wedding planner to take the details we need to set up, go undercover, the room locations and much more.

Once they have the full details you will be provided with a function sheet outlining the plan which will also be sent to your venue and the singers for the day so everyone is literally on the same page.

Will You Contact My Venue Directly?

Yes, Our planners will also call your venue or wedding planner to take the details we need to set up, go undercover, the room locations and much more. Once they have the full details you will be provided with a function sheet outlining the plan which will also be sent to your venue and the singers for the day so everyone is literally on the same page.

Will You Wear The Same Uniform As The Real Waiters?

Yes, our team will ensure our singers blend in with the waiting staff, we call your venue to find out what the catering staff wears and match this so that on the day our singers and the caterers will all be dressed the same.

What Happens On The Day?

Before the big reveal, our singing waiters show up at the prearranged time to set up their gear, check the sound and blend in quietly until it’s time to change into their disguises. They read the room perfectly as they serve you and your guests, creating anticipation and a sense of connection with the audience.

They’ll be ready to pull off the surprise with ease thanks to this planning. The singing usually starts at the right time, either right after the main course or during a key occasion like dessert serving. This arrangement of the songs maximises the element of surprise and creates the ideal environment for an engaging eight-song concert that is interactive, enjoyable, and really unforgettable.
