How does Silver Service Singers work?
We offer a variety of entertainment packages to ensure that we can meet your requirements, along with 3 ways to pay. So if your event is just around the corner or you’ve got time to spread the cost we can tailor a package to suit you.

Once you’ve secured the event date, we’ll set up a consultation with one of our event planners.

We’ll get to work building your bespoke singing waiter setlist.

A month before your event takes place, you’ll pay the remaining balance and we’ll finalise our plans with you.

On the day, our team will arrive ahead of the guests’ arrival in order to set up equipment and perform sound checks.

At a pre-arranged time, your singing waiter experience will begin and your guests will be in for the time of their lives!

Creating your tailored package specifically for your event
The pricing for our singing waiters varies depending on a number of factors including:
- Location of the event
- Date of the event
- The number of guests you’re expecting
- The number of singing waiters required
All pricing for your bespoke singing waiter service will be discussed with you during your consultation, with our event planner.
Booking your tailored package
We offer a range of packages from 2 singers upwards, you will be advised on the correct package for your specific event plans, we aim to make paying for our service as easy as possible whilst giving you the best value for money.
- Deposit options from £159 up to paying in full, we are fully flexible in making your booking deposit work for you.
- Pricing is based on the number of singers with the option to save money by paying larger deposits.
Our pricing is fixed but we make sure you are offered the best package for you, with over 20 packages on offer, we have to build this together which is a huge reason why our service stands out from enquiry stage through to the day itself, we make sure you get excellence.
Planning before your event
Our event planners will go behind the scenes speaking to your venue, planning the fine details whilst you only have to think about the songs and the surprise option.
