The big surprise
Our singing waiters for weddings will blend in with your venue staff, staying undercover as waiters to build up the surprise and get to know your crowd.
When hot food is finished and the time is right we will walk through the middle of your wedding breakfast and fall over grabbing the rooms attention.
Standing up looking extremely embarrassed we will milk the rooms reaction until the music starts and we burst in to song much to the shock of your unexpecting guests.

Together we will select a selection of 8 party starting songs that will deliver on the atmosphere we promise, ranging from Pop, Light Rock, Swing to Motown we will deliver a setlist that you love and we can get your room rocking too.
All songs are planned 2 months before your event with our in house planners, in the meantime we have spotify playlists and plenty of songs on our site for you to enjoy and build your excitement but shhhhh, dont ruin the surprise!

All of our secret singers are amazing vocalists, great fun and know how to turn your wedding day in to a celebration.
We have built a selection of over 50 songs that are guaranteed crowd pleasers, your guests will not only be surprised by what unfolds but you will be blown away when you hear the quality of their vocals,
Our team of 45 singing waiters covering the UK from Glasgow down to Cornwall and right across to Dover we are local to you.
Tailored to your wedding
Whether you are having a full wedding day with all the trimmings, a twilight wedding, a gathering in your favourite restaurant with close friends and family only or a celebration at home after your dream destination wedding we can cater for all variations.
From 20 to 2020 guests we will work, we have even performed for 2 at an engagement party and 3000 at a corporate event in an aeroplane hanger.
You can have a 5 course meal, a buffet, afternoon tea or a carvery, we will fit in to your meal or drinks if you have decided against food which we definitely don’t recommend unless you like hangry guests!

Once you enquire our service team will contact you to hear about your wedding plans.
After a brief chat they will outline how we will go undercover for you in creating the perfect surprise.
We have many different packages so our experts will recommend the correct package for your plans and provide the payment options for your tailored quote.
Planning your surprise
We have team of event planners working in our HQ, they will contact you around 8-10 weeks before your event to plan your singing waiters for weddings, songs and take details from you to ensure the singers are well prepared to give you the perfect entertainment.
Our planners will also call your venue or wedding planner to take the details we need to set up, go undercover, the room locations and much more.
Once they have the full details you will be provided with a function sheet outlining the plan which will also be sent to your venue and the singers for the day so everyone is literally on the same page.
On the day
The singers will turn up prior to the surprise at the arranged time to set up their equipment, complete sound checks and hide until they are ready to get dressed in their undercover uniforms.
Whilst serving yourself and your guests they will build the surprise up and get to know your crowd, this will prepare them ready to execute the planned surprise.
Bursting in to the chosen 8 song set at the perfect moment they will go through a musical journey that is highly interactive, fun and above all memorable.

The performance starts from the moment your guests arrive. For the first couple of hours, they stay undercover – secretly getting to know everyone in the room – whilst serving food and drink (we even call the venue to match the uniform of the waiting staff!)
When the moment is right, they will take a spectacular stage fall and then begin an 8 song interactive set! This will typically lasts around 35 minutes on average.
