The Undercover Operation
All of our singing waiters and waitresses are professionally trained singers and actors with the experience of performing in west end shows, renowned entertainment venues and cruise liners around the world.
If you’re new to how our undercover operation works, don’t worry here’s a quick run through…

Tailoring your Surprise
Once you enquire, our service team will contact you to hear about your corporate event plans.
After a brief chat they will outline how we will go undercover for you to create the perfect surprise entertainment.
We have many different packages available so our experts will recommend the correct package for your plans including the reveal, songs and details specific to your company or event type.
The Planning Process
We have a team of dedicated event planners working in our HQ. They will contact you around 8-10 weeks before your event to help plan your surprise, songs and take details from you to ensure the singers are well prepared to give you the perfect entertainment.
Our planners will also call your venue or event planner to take the details we need to set up, go undercover, the room locations and much more.
Therefore, once they have the full details you will be provided with a function sheet outlining the plan which will also be sent to your venue and the singers for the day so everyone is literally on the same page.
On the Day
The singers will arrive at the venue at the arranged time to set up their equipment, complete sound checks and then hide until they are ready to get dressed in their undercover uniforms.
Whilst acting as waiters and serving your party, they will use this time to get to know your crowd. This will then prepare them as they get ready to execute the planned surprise.
Bursting in to the chosen 8 song set at the perfect moment they will go through a musical journey that is highly interactive, fun and above all memorable.

The price of our corporate singing waiters varies depending on the date, location, number of singing waiters hired and duration of the performance.
We offer bespoke quotes that cover the costs of an event planner, a high-quality interactive act, a team of professional vocalists, sound equipment and technicians, and the relevant insurance.

It couldn’t be easier to find the highest-quality surprise entertainment for your corporate event. Simply make an enquiry, let us know the date of your event and we’ll have an initial chat to discuss your requirements.
Once you’re happy with the plan, drop your deposit to secure the date. Your final payment must be received 30 days before the event. Then we’ll work our magic at your corporate event, and we’ll be back in touch to ensure you had a fabulous time and are satisfied with your silver service experience.

The performance starts from the moment your guests arrive. Our singing waiters will immediately get into character, pretending to be waiters and blending in with the real venue staff. For the first couple of hours, they stay undercover – secretly getting to know everyone in the room.
When the moment is right, they will then start the interactive set. This typically includes 8 songs and lasts around 30-40 minutes on average. But, it’s your event. If you would like the performance to be longer (or shorter!) just let us know and we will tailor it to your preferences.

We sure do! We’re not just for corporate events, our Silver Service Singers can be hired across the country for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. If there’s something to sing and dance about, we’re there! Just drop your details in the form when you book with us.

The last thing we want is any mistakes, slips or trips (not the secret acted-out ones!) so we have Public Liability Insurance included in every performance.

We understand that corporate events can be costly. That’s why we offer a security deposit upon booking, payment options and then the final payment 30 days before the secret silver service!

We do! Alongside the singing waiters themselves, we can offer DJ entertainment, lights or decorations at an extra cost. No need for additional suppliers, we can provide the entertainment for your whole evening!
