An Unforgettable Celestial Gala for Aspens Services

When Aspens Services approached us to create an unforgettable surprise for their corporate event, we knew just the Silver Service recipe to bring to the party!

Aspens Services, a leading contract catering company, had planned a Celestial Gala to bring a 300-strong team together for an evening of celebration, including a 3-course dinner and awards ceremony dedicated to recognising and honouring their employees’ outstanding achievements.

We know that planning an event such as this, for any number of guests, can be daunting. Thoughts of timings, seating and table arrangements, food choices, how to keep the flow going, and how to keep guests entertained.

The pressure to create such a special occasion that hits all the right notes can be immense, which is exactly where we come in!

Tailoring the Silver Service Surprise Entertainment Package

Once we understood more about the event, and how many guests would be attending, we knew exactly how to create the impact and the atmosphere the Aspens team wanted. An event of this scale would require not two, not three, but 4 of our incredibly talented singers for a surprise performance that would provide an amazing interactive experience and create shared memories for everyone in the room, for years to come.

Our team of expert surprise planners then took over. They liaised directly with the venue and other suppliers on behalf of Aspens to ensure everything would run smoothly on the day, while also working with our singers to prepare a performance set list that would ignite the whole room!

Aspens also wanted to keep the party going after their awards ceremony. We were very happy to assist by providing our DJ Entertainment Experience too.

The Show

When it comes to working incognito and to very tight schedules on performance day, our singers are well-seasoned professionals!

Well before any guests arrive, it’s equipment in, set-up, room familiarisation, sound checks, quick changes, and then blend in with the venue’s waiting staff – all the while keeping their identity a secret!

Aspens wanted the surprise reveal and performance to happen between their main course and dessert, and ahead of their main awards ceremony.

Our singers, of course, timed everything to perfection and certainly created an incredible atmosphere that will be remembered for all the right reasons.
