The Big Secret Surprise
In order to build up the surprise and get to know your guests, our professional singers will go undercover seamlessly blending in with the waiting staff of your venue, while looking around to spot the big personalities.
When hot food is finished and the time is right, we will walk through the middle of your wedding breakfast and fall over grabbing the rooms attention.
To the surprise of your unaware guests, we will stand up, looking really embarrassed after creating a huge scene. Then, we will begin singing as soon as the music begins. Imagine the looks on your guests faces!

We will work closely with you to choose eight party-starting songs that will liven up your event to our expectations. With a variety of genres including pop, light rock, swing, and motown, we’ll create a set list that you’ll adore and have your room rocking as well.

Our collection of more than 50 songs is guaranteed to impress any audience. Your guests will be stunned by what happens as well as amazed by the level of their singing.
We are local to you! Due to our huge team of singing waiters who serve the entire UK, from Glasgow to Cornwall and all the way to Dover.
Tailored to Your Wedding Day
We can accommodate all types of weddings. This includes full-day events complete with all the features, twilight weddings, private parties at your favourite restaurant for close friends and family, and celebrations at home following your ideal destination wedding.
We will serve 20 to 2020 guests. During an engagement party, we have even entertained two, and even 3000 at a business event in an aeroplane hangar.
If you have chosen not to serve food—which we most definitely do not advise unless you have people who are ravenous! You may have a five-course dinner, a buffet, afternoon tea, or a carvery. Therefore, we will accommodate your meal or beverages!

Planning Your Big Surprise
Our team of event planners at our headquarters will get in touch with you eight to ten weeks before to your event to arrange for your singing waiters for weddings and other events. They will also gather information from you to make sure the singers are ready to provide you with the best possible entertainment.
In order to get the information we need to set up, go underground, locate the rooms, and much more, our planners will also give a call to your venue or wedding planner.
Once they have all the information, you will receive a function sheet with a detailed plan that will be forwarded to your venue and the singers for the day, ensuring that everyone is in agreement.
On the Big Day
The singers will arrive prior to the surprise at the arranged time to set up their equipment. They will complete sound checks and hide until they are ready to get dressed in their undercover uniforms.
Our singing waiters will get to know your group and build up the surprise while serving you and your guests. This will get them ready to carry out the intended surprise.
They will go on a highly engaging, enjoyable, and most importantly, unforgettable musical adventure, bursting into the selected eight-song set at the ideal moment.

We loved our experience with the Silver Service Waiters at our wedding! We loved the vibes they brought and they really got everyone involved. They were also excellent singers. The communication running up to the wedding was very good, and they worked well with our other suppliers to deliver a perfect performance! Our only slight feedback for them would be to add a box asking the bride and groom the pronunciation on their names (they pronounced my name wrong initially, and they had to be corrected by one of my bridesmaids).

Oh my goodness this was such an unbelievable experience to set our wedding off. I can’t remember the gentleman na flash name as was just so excited but my what a wonderful day we had and the celebrations at end of meal was terrific we all thoroughly enjoyed the singing waiters! My husband still talks of them to this day as it was a surprise for him and all the guests. I loved every minute of them. They were excellent and exceeded what I thought they were going to be. I would recommend thousand percent.! My only advice would be get a videographer in to record all their faces as some of our guests were still eating desserts as we were running late but once knew what was happening joined in. My now husband took a few minutes too know too as the waiter went down in front of him but I can’t wait to see the reactions as I know the wedding planner took videos last thing best thing I’ve done in my life for a surprise

Wow wow wow!!! The silver service singers quite literally saved my wedding day. I had hired another company who let me down and they stepped in last minute. They say everything happens for a reason and now I know why. As the bride this was hands down my favourite part of the day! Well this was a surprise!!! Albeit that’s the point… ordered by my mother to surprise my wife and I on our wedding day last Sunday…..Midway through cutting the cake the clumsy yet friendly scouse waiter goes flying across the dance floor throwing cutlery everywhere…. My first thought…. Had an amazing wedding on 20/07/24 at Thief Hall Northallerton i kept the surprise even for the Groom with all my other added surprises i have been told my wedding was amazing and one of the best, I knew there was two wedding singers i actually but didnt see them until the entrance of the wedding so didnt know who they were. I HIGHLY recommend using this company for your singing waiters ! This was the third company I called when I was researching singing waiters. There’s a number of reasons I chose them, firstly they were the best value for money but most importantly they showed so much passion and enthusiasm towards my wedding, I would have been silly not to pick them. They sorted everything for me and their admin team were always so lovely and responded in a timely manner ! Everyone I ever dealt with was so kind and they always showed they cared. On the day the waiters blended in and even we didn’t know who they were ! They did such a cracking effort at getting everyone involved (even my grandad who can sometimes be grumpy in situations like this) they got every single person up and dancing and singing ! They also did their best effort to sing a song that wasn’t on their list so I could surprise my husband. Every single guest commented on the waiters and I’ve been told it was the best part of the wedding (not sure if I should be offended or not !!!). The waiters themselves were so talented and friendly, and good eye candy for a lot of the guests !! If I ever have another event where I need singers I would 1000% come back to this company. The silver service singers team were amazing throughout the initial enquiry, the booking and on our wedding day. They were easy to contact over the phone and email and answered all of my queries right up until the week before our wedding back in August 2023. The song selection was so much fun looking through the list of options and choosing the order these were performed in. We were also able to do a bit of a unique reveal on our wedding day with my husband singing the first few lines of 'My Girl' and the singing waiter interrupting him, everyone loved it so much!! Wow, the singing waitors brought such energy, fun and entertainment to our party.They delivered what they said they would do. The booking office were punctual and very friendly.The singers, arrived on time, helped with food and drnk service, wore the caterers aprons as disguise, completely pulled off the stunt of falling and then jumped up singing. Oh wow! So singing waiters was something that originally was a nice to have (I had to convince the husband) haha, but honestly it really made our day the icing on the cake! Our day already went as perfect as it could of but I was worried how after food before the night guest arrived the atmosphere would go flat and I was right, as soon as pudding was done you could see people getting up wondering around etc, but I wasn't worried cause I knew we had the perfect entertainment coming up.As soon as Tom hit the floor the full room was in shock, then he went into song well the room was electric, that flat room was long gone I can't even put into words the buzz Tom brought to the room, wow he was amazing every song, he got the whole room involved!To this day people are saying it is one of the best weddings they have been to and honestly without Tom the wedding wouldve still been lovely but he brought the fun to the wedding and was worth every penny! Best thing I did was book the Silver Service Singers for our Wedding. I kept it a secret from everyone including the groom! All our family and friends are still talking about 3 months on! It is expensive but it was soooooo worth it, from the get go the singers had us dancing, singing and laughing. The performance actually starts from the moment your guests arrive. For the first couple of hours, we stay undercover – secretly getting to know everyone in the room – whilst serving food and drink (we even call the venue to match the uniform of the waiting staff!). And the best bit you won’t even know who we are either!
Then when the moment is right, one of our singers will take a spectacular stage fall and then begin their surprise 8 song interactive set! This will typically last around 35 minutes on average and will really get your party started.
