How does Silver Service Singers work?
We offer a variety of entertainment packages and flexible ways to pay, to ensure that we can meet your requirements. So if your event is just around the corner or you’ve got time to spread the cost we can tailor a package to suit you.

Once you’ve secured your event date, your dedicated account manager will begin to co-ordinate your tailored booking.

We’ll get to work liaising with you, your venue, and our singers to build your singing waiter setlist.

A month before your event takes place, you’ll pay any remaining balance and we’ll finalise our plans with you.

On the day, our team will arrive ahead of your guests’ arrival in order to set up equipment and perform sound checks.

At a pre-arranged time, your singing waiter experience will begin and your guests will be in for the time of their lives!

Creating your tailored package specifically for your event
The pricing for our singing waiters varies depending on a number of factors including:
- Location of the event
- Date of the event
- The number of guests you’re expecting
- The number of singing waiters required
If you would like any additional entertainment such as an Evening DJ or Saxophone player, your Account Manager can arrange this too.
Booking your tailored package
We offer a range of packages from 2 singers upwards, and we are happy to advise on which package is the best option for your event plans.
It’s our aim to make booking our service as easy as possible, whilst giving you the best value for money.
- Deposit options, monthly payments and pay in full are all available, and we are fully flexible in making your booking deposit work for you.
- Pricing is based on the number of singers you would like to perform.
Our pricing is fixed but we make sure you are offered the best package for you, with over 90 packages on offer, we have to build this together which is a huge reason why our service stands out from enquiry stage through to the day itself, we make sure you get excellence.
