An agreement made between the client of the first part, and ‘Tony Entertainment & Management Ltd’, (hereinafter called the Agent) of the second part.

Witness that the agent hereby engages the client and the agent accepts an engagement to present Silver Service Singers at the venue and from the dates of the periods and at the fees stated.

THE BELOW ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Booking & Payment

  • The booking is not confirmed until the full deposit (as stated on the invoice) is paid. The Agent reserves the right to cancel any booking until the full deposit has been paid.
  • 30 days from the performance date; The FULL Fee will be payable.
  • The Agent agrees that the fee is inclusive of all expenses, travelling expenses to and from the venue and covers any payments whatsoever.
  • The Client agrees that any further engagements offered to the Agent as a result of this engagement, whether from the Client on this contract or any other Client or potential Client, shall be negotiated through the Agent head office not the Artiste of the day.
  • The Agent warrants that all equipment is in good working order, and fit for its purpose, and that no part of the performance is likely to be a danger to the Artiste/s or any other person/s.
  • The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the Client reasonably requires.
  • The Agent at the time of signing this contract shall not be under any contract to a third party that might preclude them from fulfilling the engagement.
  • The Agent may film the event and use the footage for advertising on social media unless specifically instructed by the Client not to do so. The Agent cannot guarantee that footage will be taken. Any footage deemed poor quality by the performer will be deleted before being sent to the Agent and the Agent may not choose to use any footage captured on social media.
  • The Client shall be responsible for the provision of mains electricity in the performing area.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation of this Contract shall be as follows;

  • The deposit payment is non-refundable 14 days after the payment is made.
  • All other payments made are non-refundable after 14 days of making them excluding within 30 days of your event.
  • No refund shall be payable to the Client for any day upon which this engagement shall be suspended by reason of Royal Demise, National Mourning, Fire, Epidemic, War, Strikes, lockout or by reason of order of any Licensing or Public Authority.
  • The Agent is bound to fulfil any contract, for any reason whatsoever the artiste does not perform on the event date, a full refund will be provided within 5 working days of the agreed date except for any of the reasons stated in cancellation terms 3 above.

The contract reflecting the terms and conditions as verbally agreed shall be deemed accepted only when either the contract is signed or returned.

Cancellation Protection*

If you want to protect your booking deposit then you are able to do this with our protection policy. This means that if you need to cancel your booking with us, under any circumstances, you will receive a refund of the deposit paid with no questions asked. *T&Cs apply.

The cost of the Silver Service Singers Protection Policy is £100 and is to be paid in full within 14 days of placing your booking.

  • *The policy must be taken out within 14 days of making your booking.
  • The policy payment is completely non-refundable.
  • The policy covers your initial payment or £550, whichever is greater.
  • Only monies that have been up to the value of your protection may be refunded.
  • The policy is valid only until 30 days before your initial event date.
  • All date changes made to the policy incur a £25 admin fee to transfer the policy across to the new date.
  • No refund shall be payable to the Client for any day upon which this engagement shall be suspended because of Royal Demise, National Mourning, Fire, Pandemic, Epidemic, War, Strikes, lockout or because of the order of any Licensing or Public Authority.
  • This policy is not recommended for anyone with Wedding or Event Insurance and cannot be used in conjunction with any form of other insurance policy or payment protection.

Please note: If you already have a booking with us (as at 18th March 2025) and want to add this policy to your booking, it unfortunately is not possible after 14 days of placing your booking. Therefore we recommend seeking Wedding or Event Insurance which can readily be found on all search engines, we are not an insurance broker or provider and cannot give advice at any time as to your insurance needs.
